This is a portable, foldable, waterproof center thermometer for food use.
When not in use, the probe can be folded, so there is no worry about the probe breaking or damaging something with the probe. Simply opening the probe to a 30° angle turns on the power and allows you to measure the center temperature of food. HACCP International certification, compliant with EN13485 standards. The MD34TE-103T is protected with an IP55 rating, safeguarding it from splashes of water. The MD34TE-104T has an IP65 rating, allowing it to be washed under running water after measurement.
